Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on the performance of operational employees at Bravo Supermarket Bojonegoro. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 40 operational employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership had no significant effect. This finding suggests that strengthening organizational culture is an important factor in improving employee performance, while existing leadership practices have not yet had a significant impact. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of organizational behavior theory and human resource management in retail companies.
