Abstract
This internship provided students with practical work experience and exposure to a professional working environment. PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 is primarily engaged in plantation production and also manages various assets, including properties and land. Therefore, an information system is required to present asset information in a structured and easily accessible manner for both internal and external stakeholders. The objective of this internship was to develop a web-based asset catalog that displays the assets owned by PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 along with their relevant information. The website development process consisted of several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation (coding), and testing. The asset catalog website was successfully designed and developed according to the requirements identified during the initial analysis phase. The system provides key features such as a multi-role login module for administrators and operators, asset content management, a guestbook for recording visitor information, and an asset interest feature that enables administrators to monitor visitors' interest in specific assets.
