Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of free shipping, price discounts, advertising, flash sales, and cashback on purchase intention among Shopee consumers in Surabaya. This research employs a causal associative design using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 160 respondents. The population consists of Generation Z Shopee users residing in Surabaya, with the sample determined using non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings indicate that simultaneously free shipping, price discounts, advertising, flash sales, and cashback significantly influence purchase intention. Partially, price discounts, advertising, and cashback have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas free shipping and flash sales do not have a significant effect
