Abstract
PT. Harta Mulia, located in Blitar, is an agro-industrial company engaged in the processing of Robusta coffee from upstream to downstream. In its operations, the company faces various supply chain challenges, such as fluctuations in raw material supply, distribution delays, and inconsistent raw materia, all of which impact the smooth flow of production. This study aims to analyze supply chain performance, identify supply chain flows, and formulate recommendations for improving the performance of the robusta coffee supply chain at PT. Harta Mulia, Blitar. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), which evaluates five core processes plan, source, make, deliver, and return combined with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as De Boer’s Snorm normalization for measuring overall performance. The results of the study indicate that the supply chain flow at PT. Harta Mulia comprises three main streams product flow, financial flow, and information flow that move from upstream to downstream in an integrated manner. PT. Harta Mulia’s overall supply chain performance score was 88.72, which falls into the “good performance” category. However, there are several KPIs that still need improvement, including production planning, material planning, supplier on-time delivery performance, the number of machine malfunctions, and product replacement time. Recommended improvements include implementing a demand-driven approach to production forecasting, digitizing raw material tracking, diversifying suppliers to reduce reliance on a single supplier, implementing a scheduled preventive maintenance program, and tightening quality control (QC) to minimize product returns.
