Abstract
A healthy lifestyle is one of the most important factors determining a person's long-term health, especially in children and adolescents, who are highly susceptible to food allergies. The importance of a healthy lifestyle is increasingly recognized in today's modern era, including the trend of consuming foods labeled gluten-free. Products labeled gluten-free are highly sought after by those with gluten intolerances and the general public seeking a healthy lifestyle. As demand for gluten-free products increases, many businesses engage in irresponsible practices. One common form of fraud is the packaging of food products with a gluten-free label without proper laboratory testing or certification. This practice not only misleads consumers but also causes serious health problems, especially for those with gluten intolerance. These health risks can lead to acute allergic reactions, poisoning, and even more serious health problems.
