Abstract
An e-logistics system has been developed for the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital (Sepanjang Branch) to enhance logistics management efficiency and transition from manual to computerized logistics processes. The author’s primary focus in this development was the implementation of features for Purchase Orders (PO), procurement planning, and the management of item categories and inventory items. Built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database, the system enables users—particularly logistics staff—to manage and monitor stock, plan and organize procurement, manage item categories and inventory items, and generate reports regarding transactions and stock movements. This report covers the requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of key features. The results demonstrate that utilizing this technology optimizes the procurement process, improves stock record accuracy, and facilitates decision-making in hospital logistics management. Recommendations for future development are also provided to further enhance the system's functionality and efficiency.
