Abstract
The chicken feet chips agroindustry “Reje Snack” in Trenggalek Regency is one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with significant growth potential however, it still faces challenges in the form of discrepancies between revenue targets and actual realization, indicating performance issues. This study aims to analyze the financial, marketing, production, and human resource performance of the Reje Snack agroindustry using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, as well as to evaluate production performance based on the same approach. This research employs a descriptive method with both quantitative and qualitative approaches, utilizing questionnaires, interviews, and observations involving the owner, employees, and customers. The results indicate that financial performance is in the fairly good category, however, revenue achievement and Net Profit Margin (NPM) from 2022 to 2025 show a declining trend and require improvement. The marketing aspect is influenced by innovation and the ability to adapt to market demands. The production process has been running well, yet efficiency still needs to be enhanced to optimize capacity and minimize waste. Meanwhile, human resource management requires improvement through continuous training and the provision of incentives to enhance motivation and employee loyalty. The BSC analysis results show that overall performance is in the good category and falls within Quadrant II, indicating that the agroindustry operates adequately, although strategic improvements are still necessary to ensure optimal business performance.
