Abstract

Employee work productivity is an important factor in supporting organizational performance, especially in public service companies such as PT PLN (Persero). The high demand for reliable and efficient electricity services requires employees to perform optimally. In this context, Work-Life Balance, AKHLAK Work Culture, and Work Engagement are factors that can influence employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of these three variables on the Work Productivity of employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Surabaya Utara. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 76 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that Work-Life Balance, AKHLAK Work Culture, and Work Engagement simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with Work Engagement being the most dominant variable. These findings indicate that improving employee productivity can be achieved through maintaining a good work-life balance, consistently implementing AKHLAK work culture values, and enhancing employee engagement in their work.
