Abstract

ANDIKA ADAM FIRDAUS, THE EFFECT OF COFFEE SHOP ATMOSPHERE, LIFESTYLE, AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CONSUMER PURCHASING DECISIONS AT WARKOP BENING UPN This study aims to analyze the effect of coffee shop atmosphere, lifestyle, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Warkop Bening UPN. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of consumers of Warkop Bening UPN selected using purposive sampling. The results show that coffee shop atmosphere and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables are proven to have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This study is expected to provide benefits for the management of Warkop Bening UPN in improving the business environment, understanding consumer lifestyle, and enhancing service quality to encourage purchasing decisions. In addition, this study can be used as a reference for future research.
