Abstract
This report discusses the design of a customer clustering dashboard using Looker Studio with the application of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method for PT Rise Lanskap Holtikultura (OKE Garden), a company specializing in garden design and maintenance. The research question addressed is how to design a dashboard capable of displaying visualizations of customer distribution in the form of map locations and customer segmentation, as well as providing insights into the number of orders and revenue from each service. The implementation of this Field Work Practice demonstrates that dashboard design requires interconnected components to ensure seamless data visualization. The use of graphs helps the company better understand sales and revenue trends. Additionally, the company’s need to optimize workers’ routes when handling orders in close proximity can be addressed through the KNN method, which identifies the three nearest customers to each customer. This dashboard is expected to support better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and optimize customer service.
