Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at CV Hastaningrat. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample consisted of all 35 employees working at CV Hastaningrat. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, and were processed using SPSS version 26. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling, while the data analysis technique utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that Knowledge Sharing, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and an F-count value of 22.767, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.911. Furthermore, partial testing reveals that Knowledge Sharing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by a t-count value of 0.985, which is lower than the t-table value of 2.040. In contrast, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-count values of 2.185 and 5.297 respectively, both exceeding the t-table value of 2.040. Based on these findings, the company is encouraged to strengthen its knowledge-sharing system in a more structured manner, maintain the already high level of employee engagement, and establish formal written regulations to reinforce a more disciplined organizational culture. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of knowledge regarding the relationships among the examined variables. Practically, it provides a reference for the company in its efforts to enhance employee performance.
