Abstract
Human resources are a major factor in determining a company's success in achieving its organizational goals. Optimal employee performance is greatly influenced by internal company conditions, particularly work motivation, job insecurity, and the availability of work facilities and infrastructure. Changes in company policy, employment status, and limitations in work facilities can affect employees' perceptions of their work and have an impact on their performance. Based on these conditions, this study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job insecurity, and facilities and infrastructure on employee performance at PT Varia Usaha Beton BSP Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to all 42 contract employees in the production department of PT Varia Usaha Beton BSP Sidoarjo, using saturation sampling. The variables were measured using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that work motivation and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
