Abstract
Changes in people's financial behavior due to technological developments. Digital has led to a difference in characteristics between the two generations. This research functions to analyze the contribution of financial literacy and financial technology to financial management, as well as assessing the differences financial management between Millennial Gen and Gen Z in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with the purposive sampling. The research sample totaled 120 respondents, consisting of 60 Millennial Gen and 60 Gen Z who live in the city of Surabaya. Data analysis carried out using (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of the study show that financial literacy provides contribution to financial management, financial technology does not provide contribution to financial management, there are differences through factors that affect financial management in the Millennial and Gen Z Communities Surabaya City.
