Abstract
This study is motivated by the decline in employee performance at CV Javaindo Autopart Surabaya, as reflected in the continuous failure to achieve sales targets. This condition encourages the company to evaluate managerial factors that influence employee performance, particularly compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at CV Javaindo Autopart Surabaya. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis method. The research sample consists of 60 respondents from the marketing and warehouse divisions. The results indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, with overtime pay identified as the most dominant indicator. In addition, work discipline also affects employee performance, where compliance with company regulations emerges as the strongest indicator. These findings confirm that fair compensation systems and consistent enforcement of work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance at CV Javaindo Autopart Surabaya.
