Abstract
In recent years, the advancement of information and communication technology has significantly impacted various industrial sectors, including entertainment, transportation, and event management. With these advancements, society expects services that are fast, responsive, and efficient, leading many companies across different industries to adopt ticketing systems. The use of the Golang programming language in developing backend web ticketing systems has become a strategic choice. Golang is recognized for its efficient handling of concurrency, high execution speed, and excellent scaling capabilities. This research focuses on system architecture design, development challenges and implementation, best practices for monitoring and managing transactional data, and ensuring system performance and security. Expected benefits include enhancing student knowledge, providing technological solutions for companies, fostering innovation in ICT, and contributing to scientific research through development documentation. The methodology involves comprehensive analysis for developing a backend web ticketing application, detailed project planning, and phased feature development and testing. The initial phase includes planning by designing an Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) to depict the database structure, followed by feature development using Apidog, implementing the Clean Architecture model, GitHub collaboration for feature development, and deploying with Docker. Development outcomes encompass registration, login, event and category management, ticket booking features, with Docker deployment ensuring application portability. Suggestions for further development include adding comprehensive features, continuous development, enhancing security, and implementing monitoring and analysis.
