Abstract
The Mobile Samsat Program (SAMKEL) is an innovative service implemented by the Regional Tax Service Unit (UPPD) of Blora Regency as an effort to accelerate Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment services and increase public participation. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Mobile Samsat (SAMKEL) Program in Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) Collection Services in Blora Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data obtained from informants and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis stages used consist of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the preliminary research findings, the results show that: 1. Productivity, the program is fairly productive, as evidenced by its ability to reach taxpayers and expand service coverage. 2. Efficiency, it is quite efficient in terms of saving time and costs; however, improvements to the digital system are still needed. 3. Satisfaction, public responses indicate that people generally feel satisfied, although improvements in facilities are still required. 4. Adaptation, the program is reasonably adaptive, but further development is needed in digital aspects such as socialization and innovative service methods. 5. Development, the program has shown good development and has become more widely recognized through its digital innovations. In conclusion, the Effectiveness of the Mobile Samsat (SAMKEL) Program in Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) Collection Services in Blora Regency is considered quite good. However, improvements are needed in facilities, socialization efforts, and system integration. Keywords: Effectiveness; Mobile Samsat; Program; Public service
