Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value, development strategy, and formulate alternative strategies for developing lime processing products in Bangsal Pasca Panen. The analytical methods used are the Hayami value-added analysis, SOAR analysis, and QSPM analysis. The results show that 1) The added value from processing lime into borjusi drink is IDR 27,814/liter of raw material or 84.63%. 2). The SOAR analysis results show an IFE value of 2.85 and an EFE value of 3.43, placing it in position II (grow and build) of the IE matrix. 3) The QSPM analysis indicates that Bangsal Pasca Panen should conduct business expansion, with 4 alternative strategies: 1) acting as a collector of farmers' harvests, 2) strengthening local distribution networks, 3) expanding local and regional markets, and 4) optimizing digital promotion.
