Abstract
Dipotassium Phosphate is a phosphate-based food and pharmaceutical additive that functions as a protein stabilizer, pH regulator, and an essential nutrient source. This compound is widely used in dairy products, high-protein beverages, instant foods, pharmaceutical formulations, and fertilizers. With the growing demand from the healthy food industry and modern pharmaceuticals, the need for dipotassium phosphate continues to increase, while domestic supply still relies heavily on imports.A Dipotassium Phosphate plant is designed to meet national demand with a production capacity of 63,000 tons per year, utilizing an efficient and environmentally friendly cooling crystallization method. The plant location was chosen in East Java due to its proximity to phosphate raw material sources and major logistics infrastructure. The product’s high purity makes it the preferred choice for food and pharmaceutical industries.This plant is expected to promote industrial independence, create job opportunities, and strengthen national competitiveness.
