Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience and Brand Image on Repurchase Intention of Fore Coffee consumers in Surabaya. This research applies a quantitative approach using questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents who are Fore Coffee consumers in Surabaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Similarly, Brand Image also positively and significantly affects Repurchase Intention. These findings emphasize that good customer experience and a strong brand image can increase consumer repurchase intention toward Fore Coffee.
