Abstract

Business competition in the government goods procurement sector based on the e- catalog system presents a distinct challenge for PT. Hita Pradana Nawasena. The company’s unstable revenue has prompted the need for thorough evaluation and the formulation of appropriate business strategies to ensure sustainability and improve overall performance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the business strategies adopted by the company in responding to market dynamics, particularly in increasing revenue volume through a structured approach. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The analysis results show that the total score of internal factors (IFAS) is 3.49 and external factors (EFAS) is 2.76, placing the company in Quadrant I of the SWOT diagram, indicating an aggressive strategic position (Growth Oriented Strategy). This position reflects that the company possesses dominant internal strengths, such as a strong professional reputation and strategic relationships, as well as significant external opportunities from the expanding e-catalog market. However, the study also identified significant challenges in the form of operational weaknesses, particularly in the lack of real- time visibility of vendor stock, which can hinder supply chain efficiency and affect service responsiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that the company strengthen its supply chain management and adopt up-to-date information technology to optimize operational processes and enhance competitiveness in the e-catalog market. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic foundation for future business decision-making.
