Abstract
The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has encouraged governments to utilize information technology through digital systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of decision-making in order to increase competitiveness, especially in the industrial sector. In the industrial sector, the use of the National Industrial Information System (SIINas) by users in East Java Province is still not optimal, so it is necessary to evaluate the factors that influence technology adoption and its impact on user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) factors on technology adoption and its impact on SIINas user satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data were obtained from 76 industrial company respondents from 38 districts/cities in East Java through purposive sampling. The results show that technological, organizational, and especially environmental factors have a positive and significant effect on SIINas adoption. Furthermore, SIINas adoption has a significant effect on user satisfaction. These findings confirm that technological support, organizational readiness, and environmental encouragement are key to increasing technology adoption, which ultimately contributes to increased SIINas user satisfaction. This study produced the following final structural equation model: Y2 = 0.170X1 + 0.186X2 + 0.340X3 + ε.
