Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline, teamwork, and work motivation on the work effectiveness of employees in the operational division at PT Solusindo Kencana Logistik. The research applies a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study consists of all drivers at PT Solusindo Kencana Logistik, totaling 48 individuals. The sample comprises the same 48 drivers, determined through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5. The results indicate that work discipline contributes to employee work effectiveness, teamwork contributes to employee work effectiveness, and work motivation also contributes to employee work effectiveness. These findings demonstrate that there is a relationship between work discipline, teamwork, work motivation, and the work effectiveness of operational division employees at PT Solusindo Kencana Logistik.
