Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision to use QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) among Circle K consumers in Surabaya, East Java. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method on 75 respondents who had previously used QRIS at Circle K. The independent variables analyzed include effectiveness improvement, perceived ease of use, and lifestyle, while the dependent variable is the decision to use QRIS. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that effectiveness improvement, perceived ease of use, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS. These findings provide implications for retail businesses and digital payment service providers to pay greater attention to ease of use and the integration of digital lifestyle in enhancing consumer adoption of QRIS.
