Abstract
Utama Mart Minimarket experienced procurement inefficiencies due to a manual and non-integrated process. This study aims to optimize the supply chain through the implementation of an E-Procurement system based on the open-source ERP platform, ERPNext. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) for system development, along with user-oriented evaluations using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of the study show a significant increase in efficiency: the average procurement time decreased from 36 hours to 7.5 hours (efficiency of 79.2%), manual activities were reduced from 13 to 2 (efficiency of 76.9%), and tracking and audit time was shortened from approximately 10 minutes to less than 1 minute (efficiency of 90%). System evaluation resulted in a SUS score of 72 (categorized as good) and a UAT acceptance rate of 69%. ERPNext has proven to be effective in improving operational efficiency and supply chain integration in the retail sector.
