Abstract

The era of globalization demands that companies maximize employee performance to face intense competition. This necessitates improvements in the field of human resources (HR), as the success of a company is significantly influenced by employee performance. Factors affecting performance include work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on the performance of production employees at UD. Suwarlandono Art. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 4 software. The population for this study consists of 50 employees from the production department of UD. Suwarlandono Art, who were also used as the sample through saturated sampling technique. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline positively and significantly influences employee performance, and the work environment also positively and significantly affects employee performance.
