Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of flexible working arrangements, employee engagement, and emotional intelligence on employee loyalty at PT Suryacitra Adikusuma Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative method using the Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. A saturated sampling technique was used, in which the entire population of the study was taken as the sample. Data were collected through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, R-square analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that flexible working arrangements do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Suryacitra Adikusuma Surabaya. However, employee engagement and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty at the company.
