Abstract
Mobile Banking is a digital service that allows users to access various banking features such as balance checking, financial transactions, and payments practically through mobile devices. This study aims to determine the performance differences between two mobile banking applications owned by Bank Negara Indonesia, namely BNI Mobile Banking and Wondr By BNI. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative method, and the sampling technique is done by non-probability sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Data analysis was performed using the Independent Sample T-Test test to compare the average of two different groups of application user respondents. The test results showed significant differences in six variables, namely ease of use, transaction speed, design, security, information content, and customer support service. From the comparison of average values, the Wondr By BNI application shows better performance than BNI Mobile Banking. This indicates that respondents feel more satisfied using Wondr By BNI, both in terms of ease of use, transaction speed, interface appearance, security, information quality, and customer service support. Keywords: ease of use, transaction speed, design, security, information content, customer support service
