Abstract
The advancement of information technology has enabled universities to carry out educational processes more effectively, efficiently, and transparently. One implementation of this technology is the SIAMIK “UNTAG” application, developed by Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya to support students in managing their academic activities. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as difficulties in navigating menus and confusion when operating the application. These obstacles affect students' ability to complete their academic tasks efficiently.This thesis aims to evaluate the usability of the SIAMIK “UNTAG” application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, which consists of six aspects: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. A total of 388 responses were collected through simple random sampling and analyzed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The results show that the SIAMIK “UNTAG” application provides a generally positive user experience. However, improvements are still needed in areas such as innovation, clarity, and user motivation. This is reflected in the mean scores for each aspect: Attractiveness (1.60), Perspicuity (1.35), Efficiency (1.42), Dependability (1.43), Stimulation (1.42), and Novelty (1.43).
