Abstract
This Field Work Practice (PKL) was carried out at the Procurement of Goods and Services Bureau (PBJ) of the East Java Regional Secretariat with the aim of designing and building a website-based travel information system to help manage travel data both domestically and abroad to be more efficient. This design was made because the process of submitting and recording data is still manual, so it is very vulnerable to errors in data input. The implementation method includes observation and data collection through interviews. The design of this system uses the prototype method, with its implementation using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Tailwind CSS framework. The result of this design is a website that is able to manage and input data digitally, up to the letter printing process which is divided into 3, namely Printing SPPD, Printing SPT, and Printing RPD. This system will help admins in managing data and creating travel application letters efficiently.
