Abstract
This study focuses on the promotional strategy of autoconcept automotive autoconcept workshops through instagram social media that uses netnography analysis.This topic is interesting to examine because social media instagrams become one of the crucial media and play an important role as promotional media.Autoconcept workshops use features inside instagrams as media to do the promotion and personal branding of the products and services they offer. This research uses a qualitative approach to the method of netnography research and descriptive research types, as well as a review of the library on promotional and personal branding strategies. The results of this study are exposure to various strategies carried out by autoconcept workshops in promoting his goods and services through instagrams. Other than that evaluations of autoconcept workshop marketing strategies on social media instagrams also affect the results and fluctuations of sales year after year.
