Abstract

iPusnas is a national digital library platform that provides free e-book access for the Indonesian people. The application is equipped with several features including book search, book lending, reviews, and a reader community. In its implementation, the iPusnas application experiences challenges related to user satisfaction. Some of the challenges faced include the non-functioning of several features, a system that often experiences errors, and slow system performance. This research seeks to assess user satisfaction with the iPusnas application by employing the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework, which includes five core variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Additionally, two supplementary variables—system speed and system reliability—were incorporated into the model. The study gathered data from 450 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, facilitated by SmartPLS version 4. The findings reveal that six variables—content, accuracy, format, ease of use, system speed, and system reliability—exert a significant and positive influence on user satisfaction with the iPusnas application. In contrast, although timeliness was statistically significant, it demonstrated a negative relationship with user satisfaction.
