Abstract

PT Terminal Intimoda Utama is a logistics company committed to providing integrated and efficient services to its customers. Despite its operational and technological excellence, the company's web profile was considered less informative and did not represent its professionalism and services offered to the fullest. To address these issues, the company planned a web profile update with a focus on improving user experience, providing more comprehensive information, and interactive design. This project aims to create a web profile that meets customer needs, supports transparency, and reflects the company's identity in accordance with global standards. The approach involved analyzing user needs, redesigning the web interface, and implementing features such as service tracking, interactive forms, and structured service information. Through this update, the web profile is expected to increase customer trust, strengthen the company's image, and support PT Terminal Intimoda Utama's competitiveness in the logistics market, both domestically and internationally. The expected result is a web profile that is not only functional but also makes a real contribution in supporting the company's business strategy.
