Abstract
This study aims to identify the factors that influence the performance of MSMEs in the Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya. The independent variables in this study include digital payments, financial literacy, and financial management. The study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this research consists of MSMEs located in the Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya. A sample of 94 respondents was selected using an incidental sampling technique. Data were then analyzed using SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS 4.0. The results of this study show that digital payments do not have an effect on MSME performance. Financial literacy, on the other hand, has an impact on MSME performance. The higher the level of financial literacy possessed by MSME owners, the better the performance of their businesses. This indicates that financial literacy plays an important role in improving MSME performance. Furthermore, financial management also influences MSME performance. The better the financial management practices carried out by MSME owners, the higher the performance of their businesses. This suggests that financial management plays a crucial role in enhancing MSME performance.
