Abstract
The Desa SIAP Website (Village Government Administration Information System) is a digital platform used by the Leran Village Government to facilitate public services online. Through this website, village residents can access information related to village governance, submit administrative requests such as official documents, and view village budget transparency and public information. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of e-Government through the Desa SIAP website in Leran Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency. The research focuses on Duncan’s theory, including goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, documentation, and field observations. The results show that the effectiveness of e-Government through the Desa SIAP Website in improving public services in Leran Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency has been effective and is running well. Goal achievement has been successfully met, with the website improving efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of services in Leran Village. However, further education and assistance are needed for residents with limited technological understanding. The integration of the Desa SIAP website has been fairly effective, with socialization and easy-to-follow procedures, but further strategies are needed to ensure the public fully understands and utilizes the website effectively. The adaptation of the Desa SIAP website has been well-executed, supported by trained staff and adequate facilities.
