Abstract
The Communications and Informatics Service is the implementing element for Government Affairs in the field of Communication and Informatics, Government Affairs in the Field of Statistics and Government Affairs in the Encoding Sector which are regional authorities. The Jombang Communications and Information Service built a website called Sambang (One Jombang Regency Data) to overcome problems such as diversity and non-standardized data collection, duplication and lack of integration of government data, as well as a shortage of digital talent. The development of the website still causes problems, namely website performance is still slow, some menus don't work, and bugs/errors occur in certain features. The existence of these problems shows that the testing process in software development is very important. Therefore, we carried out testing on the Sambang website (Satu Data Jombang) using the black box testing method to find out if there were errors in the system. This research applies a software testing process using black box testing techniques. This testing uses 2 methods, namely manual testing and automation testing. Manual testing is the process of executing to find existing errors without the help of tools. Automated testing is carried out using software for testing by creating test cases for each flow and functionality of the website. The results of the tests carried out were that out of 94 functional systems there were 7 functional systems that failed. The error is that the system is unable to delete data, search for data, open data details and information, download data in Excel form, and a bug/error occurs.
