Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Work Life Balance and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Generation Z Employees in Surabaya. The sample of this study amounted to 105 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling, determining the sample using the Ferdinand formula. Data analysis techniques in this study using SmartPLS. The results showed that Work Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Life Balance has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Life Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction, Job Stress has a positive and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction.
