Abstract

Employee performance is the main factor in the company's success in achieving its goals. The quality of human resources plays a very important role in determining the success of the company's operations. Therefore, human resources or workers who are skilled, competent and knowledgeable and always ensure that daily tasks in the company can be completed according to the targets that have been set. Thus, good employee performance encourages the company to continue to improve and develop the competence of its human resources, so that the company can continue to compete with competitors in the market. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta The sample used in this study was 51 permanent employees in the general administration, production and marketing divisions. This research method uses quantitative. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale range from 1 to 5. The analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is then analyzed to test validity, reliability, and hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that high workload can reduce employee performance and the higher the level of work discipline and organizational commitment, the higher employee performance.
