Abstract
Employee salary payment is one of the important elements in human resource management at SMK Sepuluh Nopember Sidoarjo. To facilitate the payroll process, a digital application has been developed to manage the salary data of each employee. The objective of this research is to design and develop a web based employee salary application that meets the needs of SMK Sepuluh Nopember Sidoarjo. The software development methodology used in this research includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The data used includes employee data, salary data, savings data, teaching hours data, and other related data related to the payroll process. This employee salary application is designed to assist in managing employee data, salary calculations, and printing salary slips. The features include employee data management, salary and allowance settings, salary calculations based on salary components, and salary reports with processed data. The application is developed using JavaScript programming language for the frontend, Golang for the backend, and MongoDB to manage the database. The final result of this Field Work Practice is the employee salary application for SMK Sepuluh Nopember Sidoarjo, which includes features such as employee personal data management, salary calculation and printing of salary slips, savings data management, teaching hours data management, and salary upload. The developed application can manage employee salary management, employee savings, and teacher teaching hours.
