Abstract

The Yogurt Factory Design Activity was carried out in Kalipucang Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The scope of work of this design is preparation activities, primary and secondary data collection, data processing and analysis, and reporting. According to the results of the analysis of the yogurt factory design in Kalipucang Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, the data obtained was that the daily cow's milk production was 20776 liters/day. The first year distribution channel for this yogurt product chose the Kalipucang, Tutur, and Nongkojajar areas as the initial distribution areas by being traded through the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), KPSP Setia Kawan, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and major events in Kalipucang Village. In addition, social media can also be used as a promotional medium, namely Instagram and Facebook. The maximum production capacity is 505.05 kg/day. The total investment required for the design of this yoghurt factory is Rp 146,059,858,755 obtained from 60% own capital and investors and 40% bank loans. The Break Even Point (BEP) of this factory is 38.9%. Pay Back Period (PBP) for 4 years 3 months with Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 17%.
