Abstract

PT. Ajinomoto is one of the companies that operates in food sector. This company's main production products are MSG and food products such as Masako, Sajiku, Saori, Mayumi, as well as by products in the form of Amina, Ajifol, and Ajiplus liquid fertilizers. In making Sajiku Seasoned Flour (STB), the main raw material is used are Wheat Flour and Tapioca Flour. Apart from raw materials There are accompanying raw materials including salt, sugar, MSG, Garlic, Shallots, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Pepper. By outline of the Sajiku Seasoned Flour (STB) production process through stages which includes Impact Slayer 1 and 2, Weighing, Crushing, Mixing, Sieving, Packaging and Palletizing.
