Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the important things for companies to pay attention to. Job satisfaction can be influenced by several factors, including workload and compensation. Providing a workload that is balanced and in accordance with employee abilities can increase employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, providing good compensation can also cause employees to feel quite high job satisfaction which can have a positive influence or impact on the company. Therefore, job satisfaction is quite important for companies to pay attention to. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with the number of samples taken, namely all millennial female employees of the sewing department of PT Sung Hyun Indonesia, totaling 80 employees with a sampling technique namely saturated samples. The data sources obtained were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observations and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through data presented by companies and journals. The results of the research and analysis that have been carried out are that it is known that workload has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of millennial female employees in the sewing department and compensation also has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of millennial female employees in the sewing department.
