Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and salary on employee job satisfaction at Arofah Islamic Hospital in Mojosari, Mojokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach and is a causality study. The population and sample used in this study were 43 hospital employees. The types of data used in the study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that work environment and salary have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Arofah Islamic Hospital in Mojosari, Mojokerto.
