Abstract
The Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province, has integrated e-government in its population administration services through the Plavon application, launched in April 2021. However, obstacles arise related to the lack of public understanding of Plavon's existence, caused by the lack of government socialization and the disapproval of some individuals to adopt new technology. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation of Plavon in order to measure the quality of its implementation and address the problems that arise. The purpose of this thesis report is to determine the analysis of website user acceptance using the UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology) model on the Plavon application in Sidoarjo Regency. In this thesis report, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method is used, whose model has been modified, where the thesis report analyzes the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social factors (social influence), facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention, as well as moderator variables gender and age. Variable analysis is carried out with SmartPLS software, where the analysis consists of outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the thesis report show that from the results of hypothesis testing, the success factor of the Plavon Application in Sidoarjo Regency, based on the user's perspective, shows that performance expectancy does not have a significant effect on behavioral intention. In contrast, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Social Influence factors have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention. This evaluation can provide important insights for the development and improvement of the Plavon App.
