Abstract

Human resource management is a part of management that studies human relationships and also the role of humans in the company. In this era of rapidly developing information, companies are asked to develop quickly, rapid development that is not balanced with quality resource management will cause delays in developing companies, the construction company PT.Pemuda Prima Usaha, there are phenomena that influence development and Company activities do not only come from the employees themselves, but there are also external and internal factors from the company, external factors in the form of the environment where the employees work and internal factors which come from within the company itself. This research was conducted to examine whether Work Environment and Organizational Culture influence employees, especially in the Employee Performance section, therefore this research took a sample of 52 respondents in the construction company PT. Prima Pemuda Usaha. This research uses Quantitative and Partial Least Square (PLS) methods as analytical tools. The results of this research show that the results from 52 respondents were obtained to assess 2 variables, namely Work Environment and Organizational Culture, which can make a positive contribution to Employee Performance in the company.
