Abstract
The Sinau Bareng website is a service managed by the Surabaya City Education Office. The Sinau Bareng website was released in September 2022 with the aim of being the main platform for implementing the Sinau Bareng program. In the implementation of the Sinau Bareng Website, there are problems that arise, namely, the material presented on the website is incomplete, the determination of the location of the teaching schedule does not match the biodata, there are features on the website that have the same name but have different functions, users have to download additional applications to upload proof of attendance, and experience problems when uploading proof of attendance photos. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors affect the success of the Sinau Bareng Website by applying the DeLone and McLean model. The variables used in this study include Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. Data obtained from 383 respondents will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Information Quality and Service Quality variables have a significant positive effect on the Use and User Satisfaction variables, while the System Quality variable has a significant positive effect on Use, but has no significant effect on User Satisfaction. And the Service Quality variable is the main factor that encourages the use and satisfaction of Sinau Bareng Website users. Then, the relationship between the most influential factor in the success of the Sinau Bareng Website using the DeLone and McLean model, namely User Satisfaction to Net Benefit with an original sample value of 0.584.
