Abstract
Quality public services create good public welfare. One of the government's innovations to improve public services is the implementation of E-Government. The implementation and realisation of E-Government has been implemented in the Lamongan area to reach the health sector. Public service innovation using E�Government in Lamongan in the health sector, namely the E-Sikla, has become one of the solutions at the puskesmas. E-Sikla continues to experience developments in its application, starting from its features and appearance. Puskesmas Moropelang, which is a regional health centre in Lamongan, implemented the latest version of E-Sikla in November 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of new version E-Siklaat puskesmas Moropelang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The implementation theory used is David C. Korten to determine the suitability of the program with the beneficiaries in terms of the achievement of the initial objectives of the program whose benefits can be felt by the community, the clarity of the program, and the existence of a funding budget, the suitability of the program with the implementing organisation can be seen from the competence of employees in running E-Sikla has met what is expected and existence of facilities and infrastructure to implement the program, and suitability between the beneficiary group and the implementing organisation can be seen from clarity of targets and program requirements for target groups who will use the program set by the implementing organisation.
