Abstract
This study analyzes how the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and situational leadership style on employee performance at IZI Surabaya Branch Office. For quantitative data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). A saturated sample of 35 employees was used in this study. This study found that situational leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment have a direct effect on employee performance. In addition, this study found motivation as an indirect influence on employee performance. These results suggest that work environment and leadership elements are critical to improving performance, but also suggest that motivation as a mediator may have less impact on certain organizations.
