Abstract

Construction projects related to infrastructure development in Indonesia are an important basis for economic growth because they support mobility, trade, and connectivity between regions. Infrastructure development to encourage the utilization of labor resources in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the availability of labor in construction projects using the resource leveling method which is used to level needs workforce in the project to avoid over-allocation and ensuring efficiency in construction projects. Additionally, this method can predict project completion time, making it easier for implementers to consider several options before determining the most equitable one optimal. The research results show that before equalization, energy allocation work exceeds the maximum daily limit available. Initial allocation based on qualifications before equalization indicate the maximum number of workers composed from 2 foremen, 1 head carpenter, 1 head blacksmith, 1 head bricklayer, 5 carpenters, 5 ironworkers, 1 bricklayer, and 13 workers. After equalization workforce, the maximum number of workers required is 1 foreman, 1 chief carpenter, 1 chief blacksmith, 1 chief bricklayer, 4 carpenters, 4 blacksmith, 1 bricklayer, and 13 workers.
