Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of convenience, trust and service quality simultaneously and partially on the decision to use the Gojek application. The type of research carried out in this research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population in this study were active students at the East Java Veteran National Development University who had used online transportation services on the GOJEK application. In this research, researchers used a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire that is distributed online. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of a data processing program using SPSS for Windows version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out it was found that there was a significant positive influence simultaneously between convenience, trust and service quality on the decision to use the Gojek application among UPN Veteran Java students East. However, partially the convenience variable does not have a significant effect on the decision to use the Gojek application. Meanwhile, partially the trust and service quality variables have a significant influence on the decision to use the Gojek application.
