Abstract
The emergence of digital technology such as TikTok has brought many changes to all aspects of the world, such as the emergence of digital communication via social media which is used by business people to market a product or service, because it is more effective and efficient. Misskonten is a specialist social media influencer and service businessman who has several strategies to attract attention and approach the audience, in the form of video content and live streaming. The videos shared are in the form of educational content, to help novice business people learn to create content, develop business accounts in search of organic traffic which will build audience engagement, and an approach via live streaming which is used to hold event programs and promote services. In marketing services, service to the audience is very important, which is part of the quality in an effort to attract consumers. The purpose of this research is to find out and gain an understanding of the communication strategy on the influencer account @Miss.konten. This research went through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results of this research, the misscontent account uses a communication strategy, by utilizing supportive communication strategies as an approach to the audience.
